By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Overview

PynKart ZPL Studio is a desktop software application designed for label design and ZPL printing.

The purchase grants a software license, not ownership of the Software.

2. License Grant

  • A non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license is granted to the purchaser.

  • The license is for use by the purchasing entity or individual only.

  • Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of the license is strictly prohibited.

3. License Delivery

  • Licenses are delivered digitally via:

    • Email, or

    • In-application license activation

  • No physical product or shipment is involved.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds are provided once a license has been issued or activated.

  • Technical issues will be handled through support assistance.

6. Software Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software

  • Bypass or tamper with license validation

  • Use the Software for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

7. Updates & Support

  • Software updates may be provided at the Company’s discretion.

  • Support is provided according to the support policy available on the website.

8. Data & Privacy

  • Label design and printing occur locally on the user’s computer.

  • The Software does not upload or store business data in the cloud.

  • API access is secured using license-based authentication.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PynKart Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a license if:

  • These Terms & Conditions are violated

  • Misuse or unauthorized distribution is detected

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
